第四屆“楚天英才-李瑤珍獎學金“由湖北華裔李鐵生先生資助创立，并由美国南加州湖北同鄉會主辦的一項公益活動。
“李瑶珍奖学金”宗旨为纪念李瑶珍女士，由其兄长李铁生先生设立。李先生祖籍湖北，是长期从事医学事业的医生，希望通过奖学金鼓励旅美青年追求卓越、关爱社会、促进中美文化交流，培养具有国际视野、社会责任感和奉献精神的新一代青年。
Mission of the Li Yaozheb Scholarship ，The Li Yaozhen Scholarship was established in memory of Ms. Li Yaozhen by her elder brother, Mr. Li Tiesheng. Mr. Li, whose ancestral home is in Hubei, was a doctor who dedicated his life to the medical profession. He hoped that the scholarship would encourage young people studying in the United States to pursue excellence, care for society, promote Sino-US cultural exchange, and cultivate a new generation of young people with an international perspective, a sense of social responsibility, and a spirit of dedication.
一、獎勵對象：
美國南加州優秀學子（高中生／大學生）名額及獎金：
特別獎一名＄1000，
優秀獎三名獎金＄300美金。
優良獎三名獎金-$200美金。
鼓勵獎三名獎金$100美金
二、獎學金申請人資格和具備的條件：
1，申請人必須有合法居美權，美國在讀的高中生，大學生。
2，熱衷科技人文，並且在學校和社會取得獎項的學子。
3，瞭解中美文化，積極參與中美相關的文化交流活動。
4，在美國學校成績優異（GPA均在3.0以上，申請表格需附近期成績單一份），熱心公益和社區服務。
5，需自傳簡歷一份（中英文皆可）。
★截止日期：2026年8月30日之前將所有申請表格發送Email，請注明郵件主題為”李瑤珍”獎學金。

4th Annual“Li Yaozhen Scholarship” Program
Call for Applications
The Hubei Association of Southern California (HASC) is proud to announce the 4th “Li Yaozhen Scholarship” and invites outstanding students to apply. This scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to promoting cultural understanding between China and the United States.
Scholarship Awards
The following scholarships will be awarded to outstanding high school and college students in Southern California:

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Be legally residing in the United States.
* Be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. high school, college, or university.
* Demonstrate a strong interest in science, technology, the humanities, or other academic disciplines, and have received honors or awards through school or community activities.
* Have an understanding of both Chinese and American cultures and actively participate in cultural exchange programs or related community activities.
* Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. A copy of the most recent official or unofficial transcript must accompany the application.
* Demonstrate a commitment to community service and volunteer work.
* Submit a personal statement and résumé (either in English or Chinese).
